„Tolles Frühstück und freundliches Personal

Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten und das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und sehr sehr freundlich. Uns hat besonders das tolle Frühstück gefallen und einige der Mitarbeitenden waren extrem lieb.

Für unseren Geschmack ist die Lage des Hotels nicht so schön, da dort wenig Natur in der Nähe ist. Außerdem hatten wir das Problem, dass im Oktober viele Mücken in unser Zimmer gekommen sind, da es leider keine Fliegennetze gab.

„Modernes und gemütliches Boho-Hotel mit Wiederholungsbedarf!

Modernes Boho-Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir hatten All inclusive und waren vom wechselnden Buffet sehr begeistert. Die Auswahl ist groß, somit sollte jeder etwas finden. Cocktails (mit Ausnahmen) waren inbegriffen. Es gab 3 Pools, einer davon bei der Rooftop-Bar. War alles sehr gemütlich und einladend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool aufm Balkon und Meerblick, das können wir nur jedem empfehlen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Service bekam man auch an den Liegen am jeweiligen Pool. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung im gemütlichen und modernen Boho-Stil sucht ist hier genau richtig - gerade auch, da es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. Es war in allen Bereichen sehr sauber.

Wer Wert auf eine direkte Strandlage legt, muss hier ca 300m laufen, um an einen Stein-Sandstrand zu gelangen. Wasserschuhe sind hier und auch an vielen anderen Stränden auf Kreta von Vorteil. Für uns aber kein konkreter Negativpunkt. All inclusive für bestimmte Getränke ist auf 10.30-23.00Uhr begrenzt, hat uns aber auch nicht sonderlich gestört. Dies sollen keine Kritikpunkte sein, nur Anmerkungen für zukünftige Gäste.

„Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Alles! Traumhafter Urlaub! Das Hotel ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ist auch sehr gut! Es gibt Abendveranstaltungen und insgesamt 3 Pools mit jeweils einer Bar!

Die Getränke. Wir hatten das All inclusive Angebot und die Getränke waren qualitativ leider nicht sehr hochwertig. In jedem Getränk war extrem viel Sirup drinnen (auch in den Detox Getränken usw). Cocktails und andere Getränke gab es nur abends kostenlos. Und der Wein schmeckt massiv nach Essig. Bei einem All inclusive sollte es keine Einschränkung der Getränke geben und die Qualität sollte besser sein.

„Super Hotel zum runterkommen

Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ausstattung des Hotels sowie in den Zimmern ist super.

Im Fitnessbereich könnte noch ein bisschen mehr aufgerüstet werden. Aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Und bezüglich Events könnte über Tag noch ein bisschen was veranstaltet werden.

„Schöne sonnige Tage auf Kreta an verschiedenen Stränden :)))

Eine schöne Atmosphäre, gemütliche Zimmer, wir hatten mit der 4. Etage etwas Meerblick u konnten seitlich bis Rethymno schauen…. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend … das abendliche Buffet war gut ….

…schon eine architektonische Leistung auf die „kleine“ Fläche ein Hotel in dieser Größe hin zu zaubern was vom Stil gelungen ist leider jedoch fehlten tagsüber Liegen/Betten am Pool die, die welche hatten mussten sich ab ca. 7.30 Uhr dorthin „umbetten“ so zu beobachten ebenso fehlten abends die Sitzgelegenheit…. Auch hier für die Menge der Gäste einseitig zu wenig ….

„Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel

Das gesamte Hotel sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist einfach wunderschön, sauber, das Personal ist top und das Essen ist sehr lecker und es ist bestimmt für jeden etwas dabei. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool und Meerblick und es war einfach perfekt. Die Yogastunde für die man sich fast täglich anmelden kann war auch super. Abends gibt es an manchen Tagen live Musik sowie ein Outdoor-Kino. Für uns war das perfekt, wer mehr Abendunterhaltung möchte ist in diesem Hotel falsch. Der Strand ist nicht direkt am Hotel, aber schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns war es ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Wir haben mit unserem Mietwagen einige Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht und auch einen weiteren Strand in der Nähe besucht. Ansonsten haben wir traumhafte Tage im Hotel genossen.

Das einzige das uns etwas gestört hat ist, dass nur eine Wasserflasche pro Tag am Zimmer im All Inklusive dabei ist und weitere Flaschen bezahlt werden müssen. Am Pool und im Restaurant kann man aber jederzeit Wasser bestellen, nur eben keine Wasserflaschen. Leider sind die Liegen am Strand kostenpflichtig. Das war uns aber vor der Buchung bewusst und da das Hotel eine super schöne Poollandschaft war das für uns auch kein großes Problem. Sollte aber jedem der das Hotel bucht bewusst sein.

„Einfach alles top, mit einem Satz schwer zu beschreiben da man alles erwähnen und hervorheben müsste.

Einfach alles. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet (Boho Style), kein 08/15. Bei der Ankunft wird man herzlich begrüßt und man wird direkt „abgeholt“. Das Hotel, die Zimmer, das Essen, das Personal alles 10von10 Punkten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel.

„Das Hotel hat uns nicht enttäuscht und wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

- Das Essen war immer top. Wirklich sehr gut. - Die Angestellten waren stets freundlich und bemüht. - Es gibt 3 verschiedene Pools, Abwechslung ist also möglich. - Die Zimmer hatten Balkone

- Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel. Wenig Licht. - Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strandzugang. - Ab 23 Uhr sind Getränke nicht inklusive. - Sehr viele deutsche Paare. Also eher beliebt bei Touristen aus Deutschland.

We stayed at you hotel in the recommendation of our daughter and it didn't disappoint. Food was out of this world and catered for all dietary requirements. Staff were so friendly it was home from home plus a lot of luxury.

We had the best experience at The syntopia, blown away about the service, soooo good food, drinks, room and hospitality. The Syntopia is really the hotel to go to if you want a relaxing and luxury experience. Big thanks to Michael in the reception for taking such good care of us and made us keep our room full day for our late departure, really recommend to take the all inclusive part, then you will have the big range of drinks during the full day and the food was way over all our expecations. Also Harah from the pool service who always had a smile on her face and kept us hydrated by the pool every day. Rooms are also very high designed with inspiring interior. Highly recommend to book this hotel, we will defintely come back! Thank you, Frida & Olof

Fantastic location. Staff were incredible. The 3 pools and outdoor sun beds were amazing. Rooftop pool and bar were perfect in the day and evening for a sun set drink. Rooms and Beds / Cocktails / Evening entertainment and buffet were amazing , something different everyday. Highly recommend!!

A not-to-be-missed experience in Crete!

The Syntopia exceeded all of our expectations – the hotel was just gorgeous, with all the details carefully curated. We absolutely loved the "overwater" sunbeds by the pool and the fantastic relaxed vibes. Our room was enormous and beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally kind. It's rare to hear such in depth and helpful description of the hotel facilities at check-in, the front desk team were all highly informative and kind. Their recommendations for Rethymno were also spot on! The breakfast was also one of the best I have ever had, even the simple things were seasoned to perfection and the choice was huge. It truly is a gem of a hotel and we will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel.
